Outlast MacBook OS X Version gameplay

Outlast MacBook OS X Version begins with Miles receiving an anonymous email about several inhumane experiments conduced at Mount Massive Asylum. The place, which is a private psychiatric hospital owned by the notoriously unethical Murkoff Corporation. When he enters, Miles is shocked seeing the halls ransacked and mutilated corpses on the floor. Soon he finds out from an officer that Mount Massive’s deranged inmates called ”variants” managed to escape. So now they are freely roaming the place while butchering the employees of Murkoff’s. The officer asks him to leave as soon as possible but Miles discover he can’t return the way he came and have to press on.

The game played from first-person perspective features several stealth gameplay mechanics. You are able to walk, run, jump, climb and even vault over objects. While playing you will notice that your character doesn’t have a visible health bar on screen. Also he can’t attack the enemies so you must rely on stealth tactics. For instance your character must hide in lockers or under things or sneak past enemies. In case he dies, the game will restart from the most recent checkpoint.
