He is able to hack other people’s mind as a method of interrogation. Also he uses augmented vision to investigate his surroundings in detail.

Observer for macOS gameplay

The game is set in 2084 in Krakow, Poland after the terrible nanophage affected many people lives, causing war and massive drug abuse. Soon after a megacorporation takes control of Poland, the police unit named Observers are in charged with the denizens. They also have the permission to hack their minds. The Class C is made of drug and hologram addicts and they are allowed to live in tenement buildings.

One day, in the morning, Observer detective Daniel Lazarski gets a call from his alienated son, named Adam. His called ID is followed to a tenement building. After the detective located his son’s apartment, he finds a body without head. Then he scans a ComPass implant and discovers a missed call from “H.N”. More searches are made and he soon learns that the initials are from Helena Nowak. She lives in apartment 104, where the detective finds a moribund man, Amir. To understand what’s going on, Daniel hacks the man’s brain for clues. From that point, things are getting complicated in Observer for macOS.

Observer is played from a first-person perspective and offers an unique experience for players. As we say, you control Daniel Lazarski known as an Observer. This detective is able to hack people’s brain using a device named the Dream Eater. So the procedure is like this: he inserts a cable in a chip lodged in that person’s brain and then connects it to his own gray matter. This way he dives into the mind of a person who just died but it is totally against the protocol. So get ready for some inescapable nightmares.
