Back 4 Blood takes place after an outbreak where most humans are infected and turned into the ”Ridden”. You will enter a post apocalyptic world and get into a group of veterans known as the ”Cleaners”. Your task is to fight off the zombies that are everywhere waiting for your next move.

When you start each level, you need to build your deck with cards that will adjust different elements of gameplay. For instance it can modify your health, damage and stamina.
